ALIVE
Working on some cool new stuff for Alive v23:
- give/take internal logic & UI commands, like give chewing gum, take gum away
- new logic for procedural animations, this is like my 5th or 6th iteration now, this should help me add interactive expressions, facial expression changes based on context
- added procedural chewing animation with occasional left/right chewing side changes. I couldn't find any pose morphs for teeth to make it more realistic unfortunately. There are normal morphs but I avoid changing those as they affect the model and might mess them up
- basic procedural dialogue (like notifications but on the other side of the head in a  speech bubble). In v23 will probably be limited to responses to the take/give actions  
- trying to figure out sounds with Unity and bundle up sounds in packs like AudioMate does, or maybe VamMoan, can't remember which. This standard approach I'm using now of separate sound files and loading them independently to the scene is too messy & hard to work with

I'm still working on stuff so no idea on the release yet for v23, but likely Monday
WAIFU EX MACHINA
- working on a general UI. The on-the-ground UI I showed previously for WXM was easy & quick but not practical. In VR it would mess your neck up, on desktop it required rotating the camera at weird angles. So I moved in a different direction and now the UI on desktop is part of the screen like a sidebar on the right and it can also go full screen. In VR it's gonna be like a panel/tablet attached to a hand.

No release estimate on this one. The plan was to work on WXM only if I get to that next patreon goal and I'll be able to work more hours on vam, but I don't think that's gonna happen anytime soon. I can't help myself though and keep updating this too every now and then

ASSETS
I have lots of new assets that I'll share this month:
- a few new locations
- interior packs to decorate locations. I have one pack that's 70 pieces big
- balloons pack 🎈
- tools & other objects packs
- Xmas decorations 🎄

I really like the idea of bundling up the audio in Alive. Are you thinking having multiple voices at some point? (apols if you've discussed this elsewhere)

My general goal with audio was to go for text to speech and multiple voices come inherent with that. Recorded clips are easier to do & better quality. However they get repetitive and you're stuck with only very few lines. That is flashy for 5 minutes but it gets annoying or boring real quick with actual use. not a good fit for the replay-value of vam imo. I'll probably go for recorded clips in Alive, keep it at one voice and try to make the most of them files. Personally I hate the NPC approach of shuffling a few lines of dialogue and don't want to waste a lot of time going too deep into that because I think it's a dead end. It's cool for rpg games, but I don't think it's right for vam where it's just you and one or two models. I'm more excited about models saying Siri-esque things, bring up news in real time via rss feeds, reference previous interactions, stuff like that.
