PLUGIN UPDATE: Ticklish v1.1 (Patreon)

Blitzkrieg update on the plugin from last night:
- there was a request to allow breasts collision to be turned off because it acted out weird sometimes
- 4 new patrons joined. Welcome! I didn't want you guys to be disappointed because this was a small plugin I did very quickly last night in like an hour or two

So i did a quick update this morning before heading out to boring work to make the plugin a bit better and more customizable:

* turn on/off areas that move
* control force & torque power (how strongly the person moves)
* control length duration (how long the area moves)
* intensity ( this might be backwards, lower than 1 should make it move back & forth faster, it's like period in the cycle force plugin)
