Work in progress: ui, javascript, database (Patreon)

updates:

- added javascript logic to connect to the vam database implementation i previously made for aeternum, the new ui can now read and save database values
- remade the app logic in the new UI and added more features to it
- I don't know if modding aeternum is gonna be an actual thing but made the apps very moddable anyway, basically each app is a single js file. At the very least this is gonna save me time in adding new features without having to worry about breaking existing features
