And, he has returned, chaos begins.

We have seen yuji break a barrier before! In season 1 when mahito trapped nanami inside his domain yuji broke through from the outside. So yes, some barriers can be broken through sheer force, but this one is strong enough to keep them from doing that.

noah van den berg

most abrupt ending so far, like honestly wtf

Jason

Nah, megumi doesn't know toji is his dad, gojo never told him like the responsible adult he is lmao

Tadami

what the fuck

『KANSEN』

barriers are able to break from heavy attacks

Jason Frasier

The Seance technique will be explained in upcoming episodes. One of the important take aways from this episode is that merely by Gojo existing curse users, like Grandma and the knife guy, had to go underground to escape extinction. With Gojo out of the way an entire hidden world of evil will be able to become active again.

God I love how Jujutsu Kaisen runs in a magazine that's essentially for 10-16 year-old boys AND THE MANGA IS EVEN MORE GRAPHIC, they're finding creative ways of not showing stuff in the anime!

Also HOLY SHIT get better soon, Luke

Karen Porter

get better soon, Luke.

Azizella

The best comment I read that was on crunchy said "When he came on the screen, I did too"

Juho Kaartoaho

I had the same exact reaction to seeing Fujis dads face again.

syaimaral

best ending ever. Really? *end credits*

Im pretty sure Gojo destroyed the barrier that was made in season 1 :D and that was strong enough to keep Gojo out of it :D guess Itadori still not strong enough :o to bring barriers downs (i mean.. ofc if itadori couldnt do it no one else there could either lol )

Dethrox

this made me thinking... are there not a single one jujutsu sorcerer in the law ?? :D but that means criminal evil sorcerers could just do whatever they fricking want.. :D literally like we just saw.. thats kinda strange to me.. :D

Ale

I don't think there is sorcerers on the law, and even if they were is not like they can acuse someone of using sorcery, they will be label as crazy. What it does exist are the elders at Jujutsu high they act as some sort of government for sorcerers, if you do not abide to their rules you are label as criminal and they sentence you to death (like Yuta and Yuji) but is not like they search actively for these people. That's how I see it.

Frentzy

Ye I agree with @ale. Jujutsu world is small af. They get per school around 3 new students per year (Average). So assuming you have 20 schools in the entire country, you get 60 new jujutsu sorcerers per year (assuming no one dies which that happens). So then the whole world of jujutsu end up around 40y * 60 per year = 2400 total of jujutsu sorcerers. Also seems there are 'plenty' of extra personal that is not sorcerer, so my guess is that @_@ every year those who can't be sorcerers cuz they too weak end up being some sort of background character that helps the sorcerers. So we could argue there is around 2400 people in the whole country at max that works in the jujutsu world and probably just 10% of those are actual sorcerers. SO not enough personnel to find criminals.

draggo

Yup, in that one moment, JJK disturbed me on the same level as anime like Made in Abyss XD

The veil has similar concept to a Domain in the sense that they both easily breakable on the outside especially when it's a barrier that is meant to keep the people inside of it. Yuji has broken one before and that is Mahito's domain expansion. and Goatji is back indeed!!!! So the Story behind the birth of gojo is that when he was born, All the evil curse users had to hide and were not able to do all the messed up shit they do.

Zepher

Jujutsu Sorcerer is essentially a government position, which is also why their pay is tied to their grade. Similar to how intelligence agencies investigate activities suspected of constituting threats to the security of a nation, the Jujutsu Sorcerers are essentially an agency of the government that investigates activities suspected of involving curses, cursed energy, or curse users, and most of those activities can only be dealt with by other, stronger, curse users. However very few people possess enough cursed energy to even see cursed spirits, which is normally the minimum requirement to be a Jujutsu Sorcerer of any kind, like a Window. There are only a few hundred curse users in the entire country that are capable of fighting, and the Jujutsu Sorcerers are not the only organization of curse users. They are so few in number though, I would imagine that there would be a tradition of many powerful lines of curse users to "take care" of other curse users who crossed the line, even if it wasn't now sanctioned by the government. It would just have too many negative consequences for every other curse user otherwise, and which is probably why curse users are looked at like monsters out in the sticks, where a criminal curse user would be more likely to get away with their crimes for a long enough time to make a lasting impression.
