check out opening for God of Highschool, and Undead girl murder farce. both great openings and great shows. "Undead murder farce" only has a few episodes out now but it seems like it's going to be good, if you enjoy sherlock holmes type mysteries and action.

Too your eternity is HEAVILY HEAVILY HEAVILY HEAVILY HEAVILY character driven. You could for sure watch the first episode and know whether you will enjoy it or not. Sadly I have not seen many people react to it. It came out in 202, I think and has already finished its 2nd season, if that tells you anything.

Maybe I should continue To Your Eternity… Idk. I stopped after the second arc around ep 4 or 6 I think because I was too tired for emotional anime at the time. It depends… if it’s just repetitive cry bait, I’m not too interested in continuing it, but if it has eventual payoff then I am.

Season 1 has that problem somewhat but it changes gears in season 2. The story gets more complex.

YES! I knew badgering you long enough with these shows would eventually pay off! I feel like we know your tastes in both music and anime well enough by now that these would both peak your interest, though I didn't expect Link Click to come around so fast, guess the new season intro helps (tbh I hadn't even seen that one myself until now, can't wait to get into season 2). Both these shows are very recent, with Link Click being a sleeper from last year. To Your Eternity has a bit more of a following but both shows are absolutely fantastic. I know To Your Eternity has more story to tell so hopefully we're getting a season 3 at some point. Link Click I can't say as it's still so new I haven't even seen where it goes in season 2 yet. A reaction to either or both would be great at some point. Deca-Dence is such an underrated amazing anime. Dont agree with everyting on your list but still lots of good stuff there.

I didn't see an actual description of To Your Eternity in the comments here, but apologies in case I overlooked it. The official synopsis steals some of the thunder from episode 1, so here's a paraphrase: "A functionally immortal shapeshifter on a journey to understand life." Certainly a contender for best "pure" (non-isekai) fantasy we've seen from anime in the last decade or so. If it had aired in a different season (without all the pandemic-delayed projects and hyped-up sequels), it would be a much more popular series. I hope Twitch gives you a chance to watch it sometime in the next year, lol.

So.......yeah.....we NEED to see To Your Eternity on this channel. Watching it's season 1 felt like I was a part of something powerful and existentially revealing. I think Luke be ecstatic and livid with us, if he watches it.

To Your Eternity WILL be one of the best anime you've ever seen in your life and it's no question that episode 1 is the best pilot episode to any show. If it doesn't hook everyone who watches it, even non-anime fans, I'd be shocked. If you watch it, buy a box of tissues to have on your desk and prepare to have your heart ripped out. To You Eternity is not complete. Season 3 is in the works
