I hear the manga gets absolutely insane and dark but the anime hasn't really gotten there, also it never gets worse than the konosuba succubus episode.

the second season is just phenomenal, the author definitely has a lot of talent for being able to think of a way to tie in so many large scale events together without it seeming overwhelming and balance out two narratives of different timelines in an immaculate demonstration of storytelling and I thought dawn of the deep soul was dark but season 2 just took it to another level. truly a masterpiece

A few risky shots like the bath scene in konosuba but no sensitive parts showing so definitely able to watch on twitch. It is a very wholesome anime and some ridiculously high quality animation scenes

It is a very wholesome show. You should also check the openings' MVs; Fhána is just a really great vibe. There's also a version with the cast singing. Also the endings are both sung by the cast

It's a very CHEEKY anime and there's some really good heartfelt moments in the series. The author of the manga has also done spin-offs of many of the character pairings too, but none are animated yet.

yes! Dragonmaid! is mostly happy go lucky. My girls and I watch it every once in a while. Very wholesome. Kaguya Sama is a masterpiece. You should react to the brand new YOASOBI music video, its semi related to Kaguya sama (author wrote kaguya and Oshi no ko which just air yesterday)

For happy, bouncy openings, Divergence Eve (the Misaki Chronicles) would be a great watch, as well as watching the anime (Divergence Eve is first, Misaki Chronicles 2nd season ... the opening does not reflect the ending of the anime). Also, Stellavia has an amazing opening song you might not have seen/heard.

Toradora, Toradora. It's one of the most popular animes, and I'm serious, it's within top30 most popular ones which is why I'm suprised u have not reacted to the openings etc. Also it was my first romance anime and it was amazing, I still love it.

Yup, there's a bunch of shows that finished years ago and people just forget a bit about it, but when someone mentions something similar then they are like OH, what about X? Few examples: Toradora, Serial Experiments Lain, Anohana, Charlotte, The Devil is a Part-Timer!, Hyouka and muuch more.

Dragon maid is largely a lighthearted wholesome slice of life/comedy. It has more then its fair share of cheekiness, but also has well done serious moments. It would be a good one to watch after finishing a darker series.

I hate sad and depressing anime, that's the one genre I won't watch. Dragon Maid is amazing, Tohru is at the top of my anime Waifu list. If you want any recommendations for good happy anime. I would gladly make a list I have watched close to 400 anime, I know that's not an insane amount. But that's anime that will give you good vibes, and I would pay money for you to watch this anime it's really good. Also about the anime I know a lot of people will tell you stream it, it's fine. I will give you an honest spicy rating, do you see any nudity no. However it is pretty spicy, I know you skipped a lot of the bath parts for reincarnated as a slime. Even though no nudity was shown, I don't know what Twitch is like when it comes to censorship. For me personally I wouldn't stream this one, it is spicy and has plenty of suggestive moments even more so than slime.

I'm trying rn to watch nichijou after I dropped it 4 years ago, ngl, probably the most boring comedy anime I have watched but with the biggest budget, I will still try to finish it, also opening is a fun one.

Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid is an excellent slice of life, it's funny, well animated with good characters and most of all it's wholesome (mostly), just people enjoying life with one another. The author certainly likes a certain two traits, but don't let that distract you from a very sweet story

It depends completely on the type of humour you're into. If it is boring to you, don't continue, it's just not for you. Personally, i find most japanese comedies snore-fests, but nichijou fits perfectly to my timing, style and speed of comedy.

Dragon Maid is mostly SFW, more so than Konosuba by a mile. Also it's hilarious to realize that the actual Main character is almost nowhere to be seen in the OPs and EDs 😂
