if you give up your death note and forget everything you lose the eyes (if you had them) and NO that halfed lifespan you gave up to get the eyes does not come back... also if you got a death note again and wanted to get the eyes again youd have to half your life AGAIN, thus cutting it in half twice lol

Wrong it's because 6 minutes and 40 seconds is 400 seconds. 4(shi) in Japanese sounds like death which is why its used everywhere on the death note

The reason Misa would still have her emotions for light is because she fell in love with him after seeing him. before that she just had an admiration for Kira but for light the person she holds love. it just so happens that both of those feelings are directed at the same person which turns it into an obsession
