I want recommend Overlord, 86, or Goblin Slayer for something impactful and at least 1 season+. But my #1 vote is for Vivy. Though short hits like a truck

Overlord is an okay anime. Eminence in Shadow that just finished airing the first season is better if you're looking at isekai. As a replacement for AOT, it might be better to look at shows like FMA: Brotherhood or Hunter x Hunter or even Parasyte The Maxim.

Overlord is four seasons currently with a movie planned for end of 2023 or sometime 2024. Seasons 1-3 each were 3 volumes of light novel source material. Season 4 and the movie are 2 volumes.
