Ah, now I get it. Ymir was chilling out underground. 3 humans, with the ability to frow titans around themselves, made camp next to her. Ymir woke up, ate one of them THEREBY gaining the power to change back and forth. Also deeply screwing up Reiner and Berthold who now and to proceed missing one team member. (I wonder what *that* guys ability was?)

its hard for u to understands when u do only 1 eps.. since u want to see other anime especially one piece tht have 1000 eps, it ll be very hard...

I don’t really give any insight because I want whoever’s reacting to have fun piecing it together. But something everyone done including me was think that Eren’s Titan form at the end of season 1 was some sort of special form, rage mode or whatever. It was actually just the animation studio going off script trying to making him look cooler. It doesn’t ever appear again and was purely for artistic purposes. It’s not Eren’s ability.

i agree. this is important information therefore it is not a spoiler. it does make him cooler, i just wish it appear more

THE NEXT EPISODE IS GOING TO BE INSANEEEEE, GET READY PAL!

Fine fine... though its like saying the series will end when we get to the final episode.... Geez sometimes you guys look too hard for spoilers where theres none!

In regards to healing, we see in season 2 episode 6 that Reiner's arm is not healing (there is no steam coming from his wound) until he takes his wrappings off when hes deciding "screw it were taking Erin", once he removes the wrappings and reveals that he is indeed the armoured titan he heals pretty much instantly. This implies that more experienced human titans have a greater ability to control their healing, thus why Erin, being basically a novice, has trouble healing as quickly as the others.

This was the episode that solidified Erwin as my favourite character.

I'm sooooo hyped for S3 and S4 man!!! But but, ngl season 3 has a slow begining, the first episodes are kinda slow (maybe a bit boring) BUT it really pays off.

Love the reactions, I do gotta say sometimes you really over think things hehe

Bear-Told Great reaction

dude... the comment was edited BEFORE you commented so idk why i should delete this... or you are considering a spoiler the fact that the series ends with final episode...

Gentle_Smackdown

i guess it has more to do with him forcing his titan body in full rage to heal quicker then it can, so the steaming makes his hair blow upwards the way it did as well as the bright colour markings all over being the extreme heat. Or atleast that's my opinion on why they made him appear like that, to justify looking like that, while making some sense. But maybe it's as simple as what you said, and they just went off script to make him look better, either way it was cool and would have loved seeing it again in following seasons

Zed

Just you wait. Your mind will be blown.

One thing season 1 of this anime totally failed is showing Eren's titan in some kind of flaming special mode, FORGET THAT! It was just animation studios choice to show Eren's rage mode in that way, he was never on fire like that with his titan, just in total rage/berserk mode when he went after Annie.

Eliana

Not to mention when Annie prioritized healing a single eye to regenerate faster

GatorB8

Something you really need to keep in mind: ignore Eren’s flame thing from the end of season 1. It never happens in the manga, and it won’t happen again in the show. The animators just took some creative liberties and went a bit too far. Pretend it never happened. Eren’s Titan does have an ability, but you will have to wait a bit to learn what makes it special

Markus

True, but some of the blame can be put on us (the audience) as well. I've seen people telling him from pretty much episode one to pay close attention and remember every dialogue in the show. I think people forget the fact that they are privy to all the information, whereas he's trying to piece the plot together on his first watch.

ChaosDragon

I'm of the opinion that he should not react to one piece at all. If he reacts to an episode of it every day(which he doesn't do) it would take him 3 years to catch up(let alone finish as the show isn't over yet). Doing 3 episodes of it a week(like he does with AOT) would take around 10+ years if you factor in future episodes, and skip filler episodes.

Efesus Denis

it is up to him, i m justsuggesting, in case he want to, well, your ideas is good but tht years reaction are over exagarrated... i m done one piece just a month and i able to catch up to the latest eps.. i dont force someone so its up to him to decide.. as an anime fans, i just try to encourage him a bit...

Flair

That titan wasn't flaming or on fire as an ability. It was just his wounds healing.

Samir Larras

There's no way you went through all of One Piece in a month. 1000 episodes would be 15 days of non stop watching. Unless you do nothing except sleep and watch One Piece that's not possible.

Zdmn

Why could Ymir heal faster? Maybe she didn't. She was injured way before Eren. Eren's wounds were fresher. :/

Ethan J Soto

Erin's titan doesn't have a "flame-on" ability, it's just that he got so enraged that his titan began to emit too much heat for the body to handle, burning his skin black and producing flames. Every titan is really warm, that's why steam comes out of them.
