Watched this anime years ago and it blew my mind, it was so freaking good. I know ppl say its not on par with the manga etc, sucks that I dont read manga, but thats why I watch anime so I dont have to read it! xD Wish they could just stick to the manga, then this would have been amazing!

July 23 2024 and still no Deadman Wonderland reaction :-C Granted he's been watching some great anime in the interim, but I'm still sad about it.

ForEverAlone

The Anime is good if I remember correctly, but it ends on a cliffhanger and never got a 2nd Season...

Can you do Gundam: Iron Blooded Orphans!

Most anime is made to promote the manga that the anime is based on. Deadman Wonderland is an example of this and also removed characters and changed the story slightly to fit for one season. If they ever made a new season, it would have to be redone completely. You will definitely enjoy the anime, you just won't have a completed ending for the show.

You'd love the openings for fire force (op 2 in particular) and Rainbow: Nisha Rokubou no Shichinin. Both have banger metal songs.

fire force, soul eater, rising of the shield hero, gurren lagann are all openings i would recommend however, if your ok with something that is, but isn't anime, as its technically American made, i would highly recommend listing to the Rwby soundtrack or openings.

Graem Sawyer

Fun fact about this song. The song was originally called "Black Hearts and Dollar Signs." When it was commissioned to be used for Deadman Wonderland, its title was changed to "One Reason" and the lyrics were completely replaced. The band, instrumentals, vocalist, and the way it was sung all remained the same as the original.

Animes are either original (very few), from a light novel (more common) or a manga (most common). Depending on the length of the original story, some animes are anime movies (1.5 to 2 hr), an OVA series (Around 3-5 episodes only but each episode being longer than the usual 20-30 min format), only one season (11-13 episodes), or sometimes a bigger single season (24-25 episodes). Like with all stories, some are created short and self contained, others are longer. Sometimes its due to the manga, Light novel being cancelled from serialization, or going on indefinite halitus. Sometimes animes continue the story even if the original work isnt finished or has an abrupt end (like Game Of Thrones), other times the anime themselves arent profitable even if the original work is and so it abruptly ends (Like Bleach). Other times the Anime can depart so far from the original work that it can no longer be continued when the original work is picked up and the whole series has to restart from scratch (Deadman wonderland is an example if they ever want to pick up the anime again, other examples are Full Metal Alchemist which got Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood and HunterXHunter (1999) which got HunterXHunter (2011))
