I know you've already watched Hellsing Ultimate but how about the earlier Hellsing TV series? It runs for 13 episodes, half an hour each, and has a very different vibe compared to Hellsing Ultimate. If anything Hellsing is more like a 'biopunk' police procedural. More emphasis is placed on the routine investigations of the Hellsing Organisation and Victoria's place in it as a fledgling vampire. The Major and his Nazi vampires aren't even in the story, Hellsing goes in a completly different direction with a different big bad in the finale.

Also now that you finished the show, I'll post some popular theories here. #1 I heard that Lilith was said to have left 7 years ago, and Alastor was gone for 7 years, so theres a popular theory that Lilith holds Alastor's contract. #2 Sir Pentious got redeemed because he did a selfless act, he sacrificed his life to protect others. #3 This is more of a prediction but i LOVE the idea. Basically Adam will wake up as a demon in hell. The same way Sir Pentious was redeemed, Adam will become a demon. I find the concept hilarious.

Throwing down another vote for Helluva Boss! Unlike some of the commenters, I do prefer Hazbin, but Helluva is an excellent show that keeps getting better and better. I'll definitely stick around the Patreon for reactions to that one!
