The other worlders we know about are RImuru, Yuuki, Hinata, and the 4 kids Rimuru taught. And just as a reminder, there are 3 types of other worlds. Travelers like Hinata who just end up in that world. The Summoned, those who were summoned to that world by force Shizu and the kids, are in this category. Lastly, reincarnated people the only one of those that we have seen is RImuru and Veldora there wouldn't be many if any because the soul normally can make the trip between world without a vessel.

Yes, you should know who that elf at the end is because she is Clayman's creater Demon Lord Kazalim and the leader of the clowns who was first introduced in season 2. He is a dead man like Clayman so killing him is only a minor inconvenience (Clayman was eaten body and soul by Rimuru, so there's no coming back for him) he is currently in the body of a female elf because it is a homunculus that is acting as a temporary body.

Yuki Kagurazaka is a really Japanese name. If you think about it. Other than the people that Rimuru named and Otherworlders (other otherworlders that doesn't come from japan is an exception like Alice Rondo, etc.), everyone else has a non Japanese name.
