No spoiler the strongest is Guy this has been shown in the show in season 3 his power even scared Rimuru when they first met. Second would be Milim again not a spoiler. This information along with other things shown throughout the series is why anyone who says Rimuru is OP is not paying attention, he has never been the strongest at any time, just smarter than his enemies.

also, for those who read this even though Rimuru may seem overpowered consider this, you have every reason to believe that Rimuru is the weakest of the octogram currently (aside from Ramiris) when the other demon lords were coming in, he called them all really bad news (aside from the dead clay, and the resigned beast and bird)

NO SPOILERS -> Clarification There is a small translation error about Demon Lord and Daemon Lord. Diabolo is NOT a Demon Lord or something akin to it. In Japanese, the type of Demon Lord like Rimuru are called "Maoh" (魔王), which technically means "Demon King". A Maou is a ruler of "mazoku", which is a general term for supernatural being like devils or demons, even including Yaksha and Asura from Hindu myths. Technically, the biblical Satan is also a "Maou". It is more of a title rather than a race. An even higher version of that title would be "Daimao", Great Demon King. Diabolo is refereed to as "dēmon rōdo" (悪魔公), which rather refers to a Noble among demons. The Japanese version uses this name, since it's an English name with Japanese pronunciation, using Lord and thus being more easy to differentiate for Japanese readers. Unlike Maou, it's not a title but the name of an evolution unique to the demon race. So the Novel makes a big distinction between Demon Lord and Daemon Lord, or rather Demon King and Demon Noble. Everyone can become a Demon Lord (Maou) under the right conditions. But only the demon race can become Daemon Lords (dēmon rōdo). Which sadly get's lost in the English translation, since the translation also uses Lord for a Maou.
