You mentioned this anime ticks all the boxes, and I really want to praise the english voice cast for this one. Some people prefer sub over dub, but I've met maybe one person who simply hates the dub. The period between 2000-2010 had the best voice actors for English. That may be in part to the localization team over the voice actors, but it's kind of sad that the newer "big players" for English just aren't up to par with the past.
