Luke really needs to start doing some single season anime. People need to start recommending them. Maybe consider recommending a pair of single season anime. Luke could do them back to back. So this would make it easier for him to plan and schedule. Plus Luke would get more anime titles under his belt. Think of all the great single season anime that exist. It's reasonable for Luke to split up his reaction time to allow for single season anime. But this will never happen if the community doesn't ask for it! Let the single season anime drought end! Do your part request single season anime. Be open to other peoples single season requests. After all, it's better to get Luke to react to ANY single season at this point. Consider pairing your single season anime. Maybe consider a theme and recommend a pair from that theme. If you want Luke to react to some single season anime please consider liking this post! This anime changed my anime life! I was a person that was trapped in my fantasy, isekai, etc. bubble and never really looked into other genres no matter how good they were supposed to be. This was heavily recommended and i decided to randomly give it a shot an oh my. Its just sugar. its so fun and wholesome you just smile at those scenes. It just gives you such a warm feeling watching this. After this anime I got so much more open when it comes to anime genres

Since you said you are so invested I would highly recommend watching some other "hobby" type anime. Yuru Camp is about camping is one of the most comfy and chill anime ever. Shirobako is about making... well, anime. Kinda dropped in popularity but its still a very nice watch. Wotakoi, romance comedy about otaku and nerds. One of the very rare anime that features adult characters so highly recommended.

at 1:12:00 not a single person noticed the color of her eyes. Gojo included. And yes, as someone who started his photography hobby as a literal cosplay photographer, I can tell you the gear is EXPENSIVE, but it's addictive. I have what you call "gear acquisition syndrome" where I can't help but buy more photography gear, lenses, lights, umbrellas, softboxes, etc! Luke I totally vote if you want to get another wholesome anime under your belt next, watch Horimiya. Such a good love story, hilarious moments but so wholesome!

The scene they were saying was censored in the manga it shows Marin's legs, and she has tally marks, with the context being that Shizu-tan has a tally mark on her leg for every time she's fucked. It wasn't censored, it simply wasn't shown, and there is a difference.

While this series does have a lot of real anime references in the manga and anime, they're mostly series that the publication/studio have the rights to. Madoka Magica isn't one of them, sadly. But you are right, it's an allusion to Madoka Magica.

1:17 I see the parallels you're drawing, and to what. But those were put into the show you are thinking of because they are a staple of magical girl genre to that point (Sailor moon and Card Captor Sakura to name a few).

"Why is it so good?" 2 perfect, but somehow realistic characters telling a story that illustrate how both women and men fall in love differently. Most romcom focus on one or the other viewpoint. Kaguya and Horimiya are two other examples and you always find them high in the polls.
