Always look forward to these but man, if he didn’t have to pause and entertain chat for nearly 3 hours, these would be so magical. He could just purely focus.

press your right arrow key, it skips 5 seconds. And I listen to most of what he says and rambles about, cus thats ultimately what I'm here for, is a reaction. But sometimes he go off on really weird unrelated tangents and I just skip xD

Meh, this is not stream so you can just fast forward it, and this is also what I like about Luke's Anime Watch Along.

Ahhhhh I mean I've watched HXH like 5 times now, so it's not like I've forgotten how GOOD the phantom troupe arc is, but man I just love seeing Luke get as excited as I did.

I think good copies require better handle on gyou to be noticed, especially in the mental state our girl is in. yes I joked, I know Kurapika is a man ofc XDDD

I would recommend watching the "York New" bit in the old anime it is much more intense and detailed, the voice acting here is better in my opinion but the kidnapping bit was illustrated and portrayed better with more internal dialogue, it is an OVA of 8 episodes, just finish this one first and no need for a reaction for it, just a must watch on your own time

This is my second time watching this show through (thankfully with others) and its been so fun seeing all the things I missed during my first watch! I think the phantom troupe arc is my favorite

Well, if you want to talk about random things, you can just talk to your friends, see it can work both ways. The guy has a fair point, you would expect the football commentator to talk about the game happening and not about what he had for launch last week.

That goes against the whole point of streaming this anime, if he's not even gonna interact with chat then at that point there'd be no point in him even streaming

@K1llsh0t_87, and I’m saying a show this information heavy shouldn’t be streamed if you are having trouble keeping up or retaining the information you are reading. Multiple times in this video he even states he keeps missing lines and has to keep re-reading them. We’re talking small one-sentence dialogue responses. And the show hasn’t even gotten complicated yet…. And judging from how frequently he glances over at chat, I absolutely know he has read an insane amount of spoilers from the overly excited fans who can’t help themselves. If he figures out how to manage both the chat as well as being able properly focus, then that’s awesome! Win-win! But right now, it’s obvious there’s difficulty managing both.

Luke forgetting things is not our creation, he is quite self-aware about this problem, he just doesn't seem to know what is causing it or care. Our comments are pointing out the probable causes. The like or dislike of him talking about what he is watching can be a matter of opinion sure, but the amnesia and confusion not so much. Dialog and discourse is never a problem, and it is quite healthy, we complain because we care it's not like we are calling him names or spamming the comment section.
