Once a year, right after the days grow longer, every village honour age old traditions by a blood sacrifice in the ancient himefulkian guidestones located far into the perilous mountains around Himeheim. The ritual is a way to usher in yet another prosperous and gracious year by tributing their forebearers, glinting heirloom weaponry held up high in reverence to the blood moon Helhdir, and the secondary full moon Brimir bearing witness.

As Njorijanna and her folk are fulfilling the ritual, we too wish you good health and fortitude. The past two years contributed to despair for many, and while challenges are ever present, this dark chapter has some bright rays of hope piercing through at last.
