Here is the a tour of the woman in red scene I made for you to enjoy and to understand more of how such a scene is set up.

Starting at top, we will address the lights first.
The lights in the original photo was shown in the behind the scenes of the matrix.
So I tried replicating that to the best of my ability.

at 3 seconds in, you can see two main spot lights.
I had the same thing, two main big spot lights, one at the legs, and the other at the chest/face.

And you can see how dim the stuido is, so I did the same thing to my render.
Dim down the ambient light to make shadows more prominent.

The other lamps where fill lights, to help the backdrop, which is a simple pure white photography backdrop screen. Really just two faces with a bevel at the bend with a subsurface mod to make it smooth. If you are going to make the same, make sure to have shader set to smooth and not too shiny.

Next is some physics.
The belly of Njorijanna has a shapekey which activates when she lies down, the belly will then sink into the body and spread out, showing some her lower ribcage.
This was not visible in the final render due to her enormous boobs, and speaking of boobs, they where already working very good due to the discoveries we made in 2020 about boob physics. So it was just flip the switch and see them spread out and relax.

The kimono was made in marvelous designer, a simple modified t-shirt made longer and shader buildt in blender later. I was going to provide more info on it, but the tailor Lumimirsky was really busy making clothing for next piece ;)

Next up is the butt deform, Njorijanna has a full body physics set up to her, called soft body physics, it interacts to object that comes close. So if I put her down on the ground and bake physics, they will collide and present us with this gorgeous butt deform.

Next is high heels. This was an asset I bought on CGtrader and heavily modifed. Since there where no heels like the original I had to make them, just not from scratch.

What I had to make from scratch was the stockings, this is a interesting one. Firstly, We have the border, I had to borrow one of my girlfriends stockings and put them on a piece of cardboard box. Preferably white. Then some magic on photoshop to make them seamless, then send them through AwesomeBump to make all the textures I needed, roughness, normal map, bump, etc.
Then the shader, I knew from earlier renders that trying to have a mesh shrinkwrapped around her legs was always pain, and since a nylon stockings is so close to the skin, I simply made a shader for it over the skin.
After some days I had the perfect one. It used layer weight node and geometry node to make the perfect result.

Lastly I read somewhere that people where dying to see a behind shot, so I heeded that call and gave you a secret look from behind. ;)

The idea to have such high details in this artwork was with the intent to maybe one day sell a full sized movie poster, and for that to be viable, everything had to be super detailed.

Thanks for supporting me, you guys are awesome.
One day I can quit my daytime job and do this full time!
