Hi everyone! This is a flowy skirt and blouse combo inspired by the changing season :) I initially planned this to be a one piece dress, but I went ahead and put each piece separately for more dying flexibility - each piece is not really intended to be worn solo, but you might be able to find other tops that don't clip too badly with the skirt since it has a high waist!

Notes:

Blouse:
