You usually have to claim copyright infringement to youtube for the video to be taken down

could get them banned for having uncensored sexual content. because they stole your work there is just un-blurred penises and such that could get them taken down if copy right claims dont

Ethan's right dude. This is the same youtube that's flagged videos for men taking off their shirts! Honestly you're probably better off approaching it that way than as copyright.
