In the original reference image (NSFW), there was a lady between the men delightedly positioning the dildo with her hand. In sketching out my own version of this, I thought it would look better to remove her from that position -- a choice that I have since come to regret.

No matter. My real intention in choosing this subject matter was to have some fun with skin and muscles. After I loosely sketched out the approximate size of each figure, I began to define where limb met torso.

In previous experiments with the markers, I found that any pencil marks had to be erased prior to laying down the ink. With this in mind, I made sure to ink the key "hints" I would later need for the muscle definition.

The final, and most enjoyable, stage is coming in with the markers. For these "sketches", I keep it easy by drawing the boys in ambient lighting. This lets me have some fun with each bump and crevice my markers find.

Unfortunately, it was also at this point that I realized I'd made the mistake of drawing directly on the back of another ballpoint pen drawing. The markers picked up some of that ink and smudged it (this is most apparent on the left man's foot).

Lesson learned!
