Hey, friends! So I’ve recorded a good chunk of footage for this month’s video today, but I still have more to record as this video in particular may be a bit more comprehensive than usual. The trapezius is kind of a complicated muscle. 😅🙏 I’ll try to record the rest of the footage tomorrow, which means I’ll edit over the weekend, which means it should be out here on Patreon some time this coming week!

Thank you for your patience in all this, y’all. I know the pace of my posts kinda came grinding to a halt this month due to my being sick for over 2 weeks. Apart from that and some personal troubles, these past few weeks have just kinda sucked for me. 😅 So I appreciate everyone who’s stuck around for this month despite all of that. I literally, actually don’t know what I’d do withoutcha. Looool. 🙏🙏🙏😭
