Personally I would never do a ritual with a creepy grandma drawing a circle around me and making invocations & stuff. 😆 That's the typical scenario of a horror movie for teenagers where the heroes do it for fun and end up being haunted by a demon/ghost haha. They're not creepy thouuugh idk how to explain but it's like having a local doctor. Everyone goes to them for problems and healing and it genuinely helps people. My friend had a sprained foot once and no doctors could help her with medication and therapy and stuff so she travelled to go to a lady like that. Her foot was all bruised up and swollen for a good YEAR. This woman starting rubbing herbs and stones and shit and chanting over it. It healed in a week her parents were like wtf we're never going to a doctor lmao. It's that type of magic that's mysterious but still alive in our culture and it's fine if you don't believe in it but for us it's real
