The background characters around 22:40 are from another manga from Shuuichi Asou: Boku no Watashi no Yusha Gaku (“Hero Studies” in English). The manga has not been translated, like Saiki K, but what has been fan translated, it is quite good. It reminds of Assassination Classroom.
