I really hate those offensive fouls for Hyuga. That sort of calling is really common in modern basketball and there are several players who are well known for this sort of spam fouls playstyle and it is considered kinda cheap - Though there has been a bit of focus to reducing that lately. Technically it shouldnt really be a foul, since you need to impede someone's shot. If they just run into you, its not your mistake and thus shouldnt be a foul - often however any sort of contact is called, especially on hands. Refree asks a player to raise their hand to acknowledge the foul - saying "my bad" basically. It usually isnt that strict - especially when you are contesting the call (players do this all the time) but if you are too insistant, technical foul can happen. This is Japan we are talking about though, so contesting the call is considered rude in itself -.-
