I don't understand the "Yor's only good at cooking but bad at everything else" argument. She's literally an assassin, she's anything but clumsy. She's also incredibly insightful and helped Loid instill good values into Anya multiple times. She has the coolest scenes in the entire show. I hate it when people see a woman cooking or doing the dishes and they just immediately assume something sexist. It's pretty insulting to the complexity of the character, and in my opinion, most female roles in general. Love your reactions as always, but I'm sorry to hear that's how you see Yor's character (or at least how your mom see's her, I'm not sure if you agreed or disagreed with her).

It's the opposite she's bad at cooking not good. Idk if you're a man or not but it's tiring as a female to look at this trope cause it's literally everywhere in anime to the point where we just roll our eyes. It's like if in every other anime they have a man that's really into building cars (and that's technically a good quality). It gets exhausting and tiring cause you know exactly what they're trying to do. looking at her you can tell she's quiet, takes care of the family, tries her absolute best to be the best mother and waifu 👉👈🥺🥺 "the perfect woman". She's like the peak image of that character too cause she's really submissive to Loid and is pure to the point where she hasn't kissed a man in her life.

Oh oops, yeah I misspoke on the first part, my bad. But yeah, I'm a man so I guess it's hard for me to notice that perspective. Honestly I do agree with you in general though, especially in anime. That "perfect woman" stereotype IS everywhere, and it does get annoying (even witnessing it as a man). I just see less of it with Yor in this show for some reason. Maybe it's because I kind of relate to Yor in the sense that I'm always worried about pleasing people, but I don't think that's a bad quality as long as you control it. I think she's just submissive to Loid because she genuinly likes him, which to me is how anybody would behave (man or woman). To me, Yor is still in full control of herself (and probably everyone around her if need be), and all of her feelings and actions are of her own will, which is that of an honest and loving person. It's like the classic "don't mistake kindness for weakness" saying. I would agree with you more if Yor was ONLY summed up as that submissive person, but in my interpretation she's not because she is a complete super hero (morally and physically) when she needs or wants to be, and she will put anybody in their place if the situation calls for it. But anyway, we all have our different perspectives and what you said does make a lot of sense. I hope I didn't come off as rude in my original comment, I wasn't trying to vilify you I just genuinly didn't see things that way lol. At the end of the day, that's why I love watching reaction videos because I can always learn something from the perspective of others. I've watched your videos on YouTube for a while and just ended up here, so thanks for all the content! :)
