Right of the bet I want to apologize, because this release is not a complete game.

It’s more or less a proof of concept,  and I didn’t even want to release it in its current state.  It contains all our variables and systems, which was our number one goal for this rework, Kira’s character art (apart from two outfits that I will finish this month) and new dialogue all over the game for dumb Kiras (you can start of as dumb Kira by answering right questions in the intro, or you can visit chief officer). From now on, you will be able to access New You both through him and though rebel's quest ark.

We’ve also implemented all three hip enlargements, for now you can only get them as a “cheat” .If you’d like, you could click on a trash can/box in residential area’s subway (right near the “fast travel/boarding gate”. It also contains some other, hopefully pleasant things.

There’s a lot of changes, hypnosis system becoming a fetish system, variables to support more future physical changes and tracking of Kira’s experience, gropings, sex toys - you name it, but unfortunately it's only just "systems" right now, they have no substance.

Warning: This thing is extremely laggy and glitchy.

v0.4.5

v0.1.1 (Outdate) - Upon request, our first ever version, from March 2018.

This rework is a “tool” for us to use in the future, it will help us develop the game quicker and add whatever we want to it.

I understand completely that when it comes to the games - people prefer actual content, instead of some backend improvements, but we wouldn’t be able to add hairstyles, breasts, sextoys, tattoos and much much more without this code. And it all relies on Kira’s character variables.

We’re done with the character art and backend code for various systems (I’ll create a detailed post about them next week). But we’re not done with events and glitches, I’ve “teased” you with a bigger half of ingame events, but you won’t find them in this version, not because it’s our next patreon goal and I’m holding the art “hostage”, but because we were busy with character art, text, and variables and  honesty had no time to put them in. (I    literally haven’t slept for two days now).

This rework takes us so long, because, well, It’s kind of obvious - we’re way over our heads. I sincerely apologize for delaying the game for so long, but there’s nothing I could do, we’re far too invested in our systems and we have to make them work.

Since we are not some "AAA" developer and have a limited amount of resources, knowledge and experience,  we threw ourselves in a situation where we needed to constantly redo almost everything, because we’re learning as we go.

This version will give you an idea of what we want to achieve and you will immediately notice the problems we are having. This release contains part of whole game's content and it will truly show you how much of a pain in the ass this rework actually is.

That said, Our future plan is as follows -  first thing this month we’ll fix our glitches and add in the “New You” quest, remaining time will be spent on adding in existing events. In October, we plan to finally finish this “monstrosity” and start a new “Farm” quest chain.

I honestly Thank you for putting up with us for so long. We won't let you down.

Don't be too hard on yourselves. At $2 a month for access to the game, even if I've been a patron for a full 6 months (it's probably less) I've only paid $12. That's no where near the $60 of a AAA release, and even they are usually released as buggy messes. And I'm sure your patrons are all, like me, here because we see real potential in this game. Sure, I'd love if it could have been ready playable today, but you've clearly been putting in your hours and honestly, I'd still be content with how things are going if the price was $5 a month for game access. You're doing good work by trying to continuously upgrade your work instead of just rushing out any old garbage and barely giving it a second thought. There's a lot of adult games out there that are rush jobs, you should be proud that you're figuring out how to be better than the bare minimum of effort

So just reporting a bug so far i get a black screen when im at the tailor shop and choose outfits it went black screen. i could go to the menu but thats about it.

Onedrift

Hey, I've been supporting you guys for a while and I will continue to do so because you put out a great product!

Cookie

Do You still make this gam with only 2 People?

Well this is certainly laggy but nothing game-breaking. Perhaps the engine is not meant to be used this way. I guess each time it lags it's that the game is searching on the hard drive, why not use more RAM ? I haven't seen it using more than a Go.

Jarul

It is a shame that instead of game you are now creating system. I hope project will at some point return to being just a fun game and I will have enought patience to still support you. Take care guys.

I am also running into the tailor bug, a bit inconvenient and won't allow me to proceed. Also lost the whole play time till then :( Don't beat you up over missing a deadline, you try and you deliver parts, that's better than what others do (scamverse ex)

Saf

nice thanks! I figured you can still navigte, so when you walk down and right till you hit the first object you can press up, right, right, up and talk to the tailor to also complete it

Buzz Kill

BUG: first time you go to the park at night, you get stuck in night mode even if you sleep again. Nothing changes it back. Permanently stuck in night mode.

Buzz Kill

BUG: some of the flashing scenes don't work like in the restaurant. No place holders either.

Keep up the good work! I honestly don't mind the delays that much, since you regularly let us know how things are going with the game. The artwork you've been showing us is great, so I can see that there's been progress. Give yourselves a few days to take a bit of a breather before you burn out.

Mulan, just want to say get some time off and come back with more energy. I'm sure you have worked very hard to get this update out and although you are getting paid on Patreon by your fans for the creation of this game, in the end it is your hobby and don't let it take a toll on your life. I hope you continue to enjoy working on this project and carry on giving it love and life for a long time to come. That said I will be shortly playing the new update and see what your project has come to and hopefully give it some of my own thoughts other than the thigh improvement that could be done in future updates. Stay well and stay safe, take care.

Played a bit the new one. Buggy but not really unacceptable -- but seriously, I agree with someone upper in the post that RPGMV engine might not like what you are trying to achieve right now. I've seen AAA products with this engine, and I don't actually recall any of them having so many layers/real-time variables implemented. In fact, famous "big" RPGMV games typically have extremely large picture/audio folders, which kind of suggests the limitations of what this engine can do. I just really wish you don't end up having to switch engine later into the future...

I want to say I'm a big fan of your work here and amazed at the effort put into this rework over the last months. I know missing deadlines like this can be super stressful but you've been very open with what progress was being made and issues as they came up and I (and many others) very seriously appreciate that. Looking forward to seeing what comes next, but don't burn yourselves out on this, I'd rather some more delays than this stopping.

I am glad that you can get back to putting out regular updates to the game, the art looks really good . It is a bit buggy and with so many layers it can be really slow, you might want to start adding loading screens or load layers during static portions of the game (e.g. dialogue with an unchanging image) before you need to draw them to the screen. I don't know exactly how RPGMV works, I only recently got into making games because of creators like you. I am really looking forward to future updates and progress on the game.

Having actually had a time to run around in the new build, is the main quest blocked off intentionally for now? When I attempt to enter the factory it tells me this is the end of the current content.

Soup

I believe it is being reworked but you can enter the new you after going to the doc a few times if you want to see that stuff.

Genericfuton

I enjoy new content, but I enjoy a game creator who cares about the quality of their content. You all take great pains to make the game better from the ground up and I need to say...stop apologizing for being good at what you do and for caring.

Genericfuton

I don't know if it is because I went to new you early but I couldn't progress in the game. When I went to the factory I was told that I had reached the end of content for the quest.

Ariena Haera

As a dev myself, I can understand how hard this is, but also how valuable it is going to be! Keep up the good work and don't let yourself get demotivated!

Feliks Tepes

It's been temporarily removed from the demo, along with some other content. The reworked versions of that should be here soon.
