This week's upload shall concern itself with my brief spout of Armello themed fan art. I want to think 2016/17 was when this was?

Starting out with a mash of Zootopia with Armello, with Judy and Nick in theme appropriate clothing for their respective clothes and in the style of the game, including the ridiculously long neck foxes seem to have in the setting, for whatever reason - concerning that, my guess is to that they were trying to achieve some kind of compositional positive? I have yet to try a differently proportioned fox character in Armello style, but I would wager that's part of the reasoning.

Anyway, next up, Elyssia having an existential crisis. I don't even remember what this image was about at all. I think it was in reaction to something on the Armello Forums, back when those were still around, though it might also just have been something I was inspired to do for no particular reason whatsoever XD

Third image ... if you get this reference (without checking the image name ;3 ), kudos to you and your taste in media consumption.

Ten minutes of vomiting paint on digital canvas to create something dynamic with Zosha. Some of you might remember my Inktober 2019 image feautring her, where I got to put a lot more effort into basically this same concept.

Next up, two characters I'd dreamed up as an additional faction, either for the base game, like the dragon clan, or for an escalated sequel. I had these posted in the Forum back in the day and I distinctly remember some other folks making additive characters themselves, as we fans are want to do with whatever our fascination is at the moment :b I remember having two more concepts that were also ca. 1500 to 1600's spanish conquistador types, though from an opposing faction to these two, however I never expanded their concepts beyond something in my sketchbooks and I don't know which one it is. I can try to dig it up though, if there's interest X3

And, lastly, another aborted piece of sequential art. Looking back, it was obviously way too complex to uphold without gaining any income from it, as opposed to other artwork I was producing at the time, but it was basically supposed to become a story akin to purpleground03's long running fan comic (which he's since apparently taken down), albeit a lot more bloody and less cooperative between the characters. While not much of a protagonist in the classical sense, Zosha would have played a major part within the plot, including a tale of her seeking some form of redemption from the absolute trainwreck of a person she is, but that's again something I can ellaborate on, if the interest is there - as it is, she's just my favorite character, both to play and just in game, because I have head canon that makes her excusable :b

Anyway, that's it again for this week folks. Next upload due in two weeks (which turns out to be the first of June), as always.

Keep your ears up, head straight and stay healthy!

I have never played Armello but i have seen Zosha (Rats name?) severl times. Hush hush Cloak and dagger type of speciality if i remember. I have read that she can be quite ruthless, though, i have started taking a liking to her.

Yay, Armello! I need play that more :) Cool stuff, all of it. I had not considered a combination of Armello and Zootopia... but it works. It really does. Poor Elyssia. Cool picture of Zosha! Very nice comic too. Obviously I'd love to see more... but I can see how that is a lot of work. I like the no-dueling thing :) All very cool indeed. Always liked your Armello art. PS: For 10 minutes that Zosha picture is amazing!
