Hi Cinders!!

Thank you all for being so patient this month! I know it's last minute for the last 2 designs but they are both Exclusives and will remain available to everyone who cannot download immediately!

There are three sets of files I'm releasing in the post: The other layouts for the Adult Hollow Dragon (with Resin wings) and the Baby versions (both wingless and winged)! The baby has a different structure and includes feet, however their eyes are the same so you can mix and match Adult vs Baby for them to be whatever you would like!

The other EGGsclusive will be out asap as well (hopefully tomorrow)! We've been working really hard any I appreciate your understanding in these being delayed a bit! :)

September Models:

  • Harvest Lurker (Released)
  • Harvest Lurker, Resin and Giant Versions (Released)
  • Bonus Community MODS (Released)
  • Spinner SPYder (Released)
  • Hollow Dragon RESIN wings (Released)
  • Baby Hollow Dragon EXCLUSIVE (Released)
  • Secret EGGclusive Design (In Testing)

They are held via friction, some filaments will do better then others.

I love the design! Is there a multi-color file for this one by chance? Like the one in the picture? Thank you!

omg i hope its the dragon egg you showed all the way back in april. that looked so amazing!

cinderwing3d

It is different, but I can easily add that in to the collection for next month! :)

For this model to be a "baby" do we go to 60% like the others?

thats the most unbaby dragon i have seen. i actually think it looks better the the original

Can we get away from the winged dragons and make dragons similar to the rose and crystal again? They are both clearly your best sellers and mine as well. These winged dragons full or baby are useless to sell at craft shows because they are too big and bulky on the display and to travel with. Beautiful designs but they aren't practical for me to try to sell. Not trying to be a downer but I've been waiting and waiting for another awesome dragon that is sturdy and non-breakable that I can travel with to craft shows. You did great with the Woodland, the Clover and those types. Keep it simple, it just works!

cinderwing3d

i completely get that. :) I do try to make "wingless" dragons of most models that have wings as well. For example the Hollow Dragon has a wingless option :)

cinderwing3d

really felt like it needed legs as part of this design, but yes because it lacks the eye as well, it can be used as an adult version :) I try to give many options

Can't please everybody i guess but i just want to say the winged dragons are a massive hit for me at local fairs. The winged dragons are amazing, don't stop making them :D

I made all the babies for my daughter's 10th birthday to give away to the guests, printed in Amolen tricolor filaments and the Baby Winged Serpent was the one my daughter loved and chose for herself. All the little girls were happy though!

SirPrintsAlot3D

for those printing this in 60% for the "baby" size. I suggest printing the wings with either 99 walls or 100% infil. I broke two of the ball joints before i tried that lol. Looks so cute in the palm of my hand though. my daughter will love it

Winged dragons are by far and away my best seller hands down

Maybe wrong display? People get drawn most to the winged dragons at our craft shows, granted we put them front and center as they are more pricey. So to say not practical for "you" to sell shouldn't sway what our creator wants to make :) I do completely agree with the hard to travel and pack the winged ones though as we always have tips break :(

SneakySmurf

They take up a lot of room, they cost a lot of filament and they are hard to travel with. Sure, weve sold Crystal Wings and always have a few but the Hollow Dragons we don't even bring now because of previously mentioned. The straight dragons are just easier for about the same money we can ask for. They aren't as practical but not just for me. I have 8 shelves and two 8 foot tables full to the max with our stuff. We aren't just one little table like some.

tadlings....what size like to use to connect body n head?

I'm having a lot of trouble getting the wings to stay posed. I see the locking mechanism for the first and last folds, but the middle one doesn't seem to have any similar ledge to rest it on so it just falls. Am I missing something, or are the photos just posed with aids like glue, tape, putty, etc? Thank you!
