Cable watercolour painting sketch and you can see the development photos I took. I wanted to do a sketchy cable and then add a splash of colour but he went his own direction. I inked with a Pentel brush pen because it's waterproof. You've got a choice, you can ink first and then paint over or ink after. I like to ink first because then the paints give the ink a washed out/over effect.
