Do you remmeber a small 4 issue xmen comic during age of apocalypse... it was easily one of the most populer storylines which saw a broken and dark Colossus and his wife Kitty being given the job of training the surviving young mutants. The dark comic saw Colossus leading his teenage team to certain death as one by one they fell and he failed to rescue them. tradgic, dark, and sorrowful. I returned to that comic here in this drawing.

If i could do any AOA comic i would pick this one, great designs, cast and i would stretch out their adventures... after all they only ended so fast because AOA was a summer event they only had 4 issues to use. I'd smash them against marvel zombies, take on the avengers, dark beast and incorporate some of the newer characters who didnt exist back then!!!
