mega folder (Patreon)

i recieved a message from one of you and he told me that he was charged automatily for patreon when he changed his pladge and also the new patron, unfortunetly i can't deactivate that options  so I dicided to send you the link of the folder tomorrow but I know that are few days so if you want I can give you a refund and you can wait until December 1st, so if you want a refund,  send me a message before I sent the folders if you do it after I send the link I won't give a refund

and some lines of the articules, what is charge up front?

 Charge up front is a permanent feature and cannot be changed; once you elect to charge your patrons up front, you cannot undo this. If you switch to charge up front from a per creation account type, you will not be able to switch back to charging your patrons per creation. You can enable it from your creator page editor. 

 New Patrons: New Patrons will be charged on the day they become your patron, giving them access to all content shared with their reward tier. On the 1st of the following month, they will simply return to being charged monthly at the beginning of the month. 

 Existing Patrons: Your existing patrons will be charged on the 1st of the month like usual. However, if they increase or decrease their pledge the month you switch to charge up front, they will be billed immediately in full. 

Q: What happens if an existing patron increases their pledge amount?

A: Patrons who increase their pledge amount will immediately be charged the difference between their previous pledge level and their new pledge level. For example, a patron was charged $10 on March 1st. They edit their pledge to $15 on March 7th. On March 7th, they are charged $5 to bring the total paid by this patron in March up to $15.

Q: What happens if an existing patron decreases their pledge amount? 

A: Patrons who decrease their pledge amount will be charged the new amount on the 1st of the month. They will not be refunded anything.

Q: If I pause my campaign, will new patrons still be charged when they pledge? 

A: Yes. Any patron who pledges to you while you're paused will still be charged. Anytime a patron pledges to you for the first time they will be charged. If you pause your campaign your patrons will not be charged during the next scheduled monthly bill.
