How many times have you started some kind of challenge and not finished it? Yup, I'm raising my hand too.

You complete 3 days, maybe a week and then you miss a day. "shit" you think, now I have to catch up and do 2 classes tomorrow. The next day comes around and you just don't have the energy, or you're low in fucks to give, so you miss another. You say fuck it, and throw in the towel. I'll try again next year.

Well, this challenge is gonna hit a little differently...

I have created this 9-day challenge, this journey together, with the daily mental health struggles in mind. It can be completed in 9 days.. or 9 months! There is no timeline, and no one watching over your shoulder. I encourage you to take all the time and space you need as you begin to look inward and enquire about the current narrative you tell yourself about your body and self-worth. Each day will be a different practice consisting of movement, meditation and breathwork, and self enquiry through journaling.

Come as you are and I'll meet you there.

Save this playlist so that you can access the videos when you're ready to join me in another practice, or just come back to this post and click on one of the links below:

Intro: Watch first!

Day 2: Breathwork

Feel free to let me know in the comments what you think, where you're up to, how you're doing, or slide into my DMs cause that's always open!

Just watched the introduction video AND completed the first day challenge!! I confess I haven't done yoga or meditate in awhile due to my busy lifestyle; after participating in your yoga challenge it has allowed me the opportunity to check in with myself to assess on how I've been holding up since my last session-emotionally, physically and mentally. I felt nothing but a sense of accomplishment as well as determination to accomplish this challenge you had established to work hard and always give my best effort to be happy and healthy. Thank you Jessie for your kindness, confidence and leadership- you're awesome!!
