Monthly intention setting has been more important than ever since full-time traveling! Getting lost in these new worlds of culture has been amazing, but I don't want to forget about myself and continue on my journey of self-growth along the way.

1. --> Create space for connections // Having battled social anxiety for the majority of my life, I have created self-defense mechanisms that are quickly triggered without even realizing it. I've spent years building walls that keep people at a safe distance, protecting myself as if I had something to hide.

But as we move into the new year, I've set myself the intention to allow people in, allow myself to be seen, and allow for more connections.

2. --> Launch my 9-day naked yoga & self enquiry challenge // I hope I've caught your attention on this one because it will be dropping on Patreon very soon!!

3. --> Time block work days // My hat goes off to traveling content creators... seriously, this shit is hard! So if anyone has any tips and tricks on time blocking your day please send them my way!

4. --> Read before bed // Since being back in reception (I spent the month of December off-grid), I'm finding myself mindlessly scrolling social media while my half-finished book remains shoved at the bottom of my bag. So it's time to make a change and sometimes you've got to make yourself accountable by speaking your intentions out loud!

5. --> SPF everyday // Did I just become an adult?!

Just a reminder, don't overwhelm yourself with goals and intentions just because it's the beginning of a new year. Be gentle with yourself, take things slow, and soak up the excitement of these early days. And if you would like to set some intentions of your own, pick 3-5 things you would like to integrate into the month ahead. Write them in your diary, on your mirror, or send me a message!
