Discord Roles (Patreon)

Just dropping a quick note here for your reference—I've already shared this in our private GwubHub conversation, but to avoid any mix-ups or have it getting lost, I thought it'd be great to have it documented here as well! I assign the Discord roles manually, but I've noticed that not everyone's username here matches their Discord handle, and some might not be on Discord at all.
