Maya I would guess that its probably your body creating insulin after having breakfast, and then coming down again that is making you more hungry - esp if that breakfast is carb heavy. But im not an expert, just has been my experience.

I feel like once someone sees video evidence of their partner cheating on them multiple times. And then they stay with that person. That's when my sympathy for that person hits 0 if their partner cheats again.

good for sammi putting in work to earn her sweetheart back with this episode, i didnt expect her to genuinely apologize like that. everyone in the house was kinda a mess this episode, it felt like a lot of setup stuff for the rest of the season
