Well, the town has been super against the reputation the show created. Apparently, they found laws that Karma was in violation of and ordered the club to shut down. Bamboo got demolished but Karma just sits there still; been closed since 2018.

i might be crazy but i feel like they're kinda downplaying how bad the punch was? like she was hit really hard unprovoked and is clearly in pain for it but they seem to be semi dismissive of it on instinct (originally assuming she must have hit first, saying it's not that bad, confused why she's scared/upset he got released on bail, etc) like no hate to them or anything it's just something i noticed and idk just seemed off to me
