I want to see initiation for the shepherd infected

An idea just came to mind. Perhaps an infected finds out that a potential victim is trying to observe "No-nut November" and decides it would be funny to specifically sabotage that individual (and of course spread the infection). It might seem like a prank or initiation hazing to the infected, but to the victim...?
