Patreon Sponsored Streaming (II) (Patreon)

Should Patreon Sponsored Streaming be for PATREON SUBSCRIBERS only? Or Should it be open to the GENERAL PUBLIC? My plans for all future streams is to do a open roll system where people can ask for anything they want to be drawn, with priority given to higher reward tiers. If I open this to the general public, they will not be able to join in these rolls, however they can vote on ideas for pictures to be drawn. I am asking if these streams should be Patreon Exclusive?
