To clarify - the scummy lawyer is not JaeChan's coworker. He used to be the prosecutor in that office (that's why he's so chummy with everyone there. They mentioned it in passing in ep1 & once in this episode I think but it was easy to miss.) He left for private practice (probably bc it's more lucrative getting rich bad guys off, if you can stand the evilness of it all!) & I agree - he does a very good job playing a despicable unlikable bad guy! I just want to punch him whenever he's fiddling around with his little paper bits scheming lol.

But I swear lee yoo beom is so sweet guy in real life. I surprised to watch him in evil character in this drama for the first time I was shocked. He can pull every character so well. He won an award for this character i think it was best actor or excellent actor

yea i love seeing him in variety shows he’s so lovely. he was also in a lot of dramas where he played the nice guy convincingly the actor got range

yuppp i was thinking about those two watching this bc of a tweet that was going around recently about him being a true yearner since he waited 10 years for her lmao bro is living a kdrama irl! also another fun fact, iu and suzy are besties too they were in a drama together (dream high) slim chance they’ll ever get to that one since it’s more than a decade old and centered around music but it would be great if they check out any iu project in the future she’s a great actress too!
