If you notice, Doosik really shot all the soldiers with his signature shoulder shot, while flying, that's insane. It's sad that Doosik's family actually became Doosik's weakness. If he doesn't have family, he can hide anywhere avoiding Min easily. Min also acknowledged that he's unstoppable. He accepted Min's mission, just to make sure Min wouldn't be after his family again. Doosik's love for his family ended up getting him captured in North Korea, which are ready for Doosik's return, even the soldiers put extra protection on Doosik's shoulder shot target. It's unexpected to Doosik, that's why he's captured.
