Kieran Culkin crushed it this season for me. Kendall and Roman are rightfully emotional about their dad and wanting to keep ATN because that's what Logan fought so hard for these past 6 months in the deal... BUT they need to think about what's best for them instead of trying to sink the whole deal. And again... they didn't tell Shiv and Kendall called her "Pinky" which is weird and gross since Logan called her that. Mind you, the original plan for them was to get the money to buy Pierce and focus on building their own thing around that.

i can’t fully remember what was said in that exchange where they’re commenting on them in swedish—but i think when oskar gestures to greg, he’s referring to him as “2 meters of nepotism” or something along those lines 💀 (i remember seeing that on twitter back when this aired, i’m not sure how accurate that is)

You asked what was with Frank and Karl's socks on the plane - they are compression socks to help prevent blood clots during the flight. They are wearing them because Logan died from a blood clot (pulmonary embolism) on the last flight they were on.

Roman despite all his flaws actually loves his family and I noticed especially in this episode he's the only one to constantly ask "where's Shiv", "let's ask shiv's opinion" bc he was actually honest about wanting to work with both his siblings but Ken just can't work with Shiv and idk if it's the good ol' misogyny his dad also had (I don't think Logan would've named a woman, even his own daughter, as CEO bc deep down he wants it to be a son) but it's just annoying and when Shiv fucks them in the ass (bc I know she probably will) I hope Ken realizes that he could've simply treated her as an ally too and thing would've gone smoothly but he's afraid of her he knows she's not as easily manipulated as Roman so he leaves her behind and in the end they all made her the selfish monster she is bc she had no other choice than to be cutthroat and vicious when she grew up around powerful men that never saw her as an equal despite her education and experience. Idk how this will end bc I'm watching it with y'all but I really hope Kendall gets fucked

Kieran’s acting in this episode is so good. You can definitely tell Roman has been burying his feelings about Logan’s death and his outburst at Lukas is where we start to see him break a little.

Well said. They're all essentially monsters Logan built and it baffles me that people don't understand Shiv when everything about her character is laid out right there in front of people. The misogyny Shiv faces is overt at times when they're outright making jokes about her womanhood (even Roman has made jokes about her wearing a bra and having her period)... but the moments that stand out to me are a bit more subtle like one the plane when Roman and Kendall were saying they could fire Tom for her as if they're giving her a little present like she's a little girl when she starts grilling them a bit. Shiv immediately sensed the BS when the articles about their father came out, I think she thought it was a group effort from Roman and Kendall to keep it from her. In her mind, they already went back on their word and broke a promise to her.
