In terms of the underlined or crossed out- I think it has to be crossed out. I don't think it would make sense to go back to a printed document and just randomly underline something- especially not for Logan. I can't see any plausible reason to add an underline- if it says Kendall, it's Kendall, underlining it would make no difference. However- angrily grabbing the paper and crossing it out after Kendall's betrayal seems very Logan- and it makes sense that it'd be messily done if he did it in a fury. I feel like the kind of anger he had towards Kendall wouldn't have him sitting down and carefully crossing it out. He didn't even retype it- just slashed a line through his name. That's my take anyway! In terms of the 'honeymoon states' for Conor, I might be wrong- I'm not American- but I assumed those were like swing states maybe? Trying to shore up his 1% before the election
