It's interesting how you guys put labels on who's good or bad lol. Other reactors at this stage regard Frank is the bad guy and rooting for the parents, and you guys think it's the other way round. Regardless, I really enjoy your reaction and theories! There's hint that you guys missed, when Bongseok's mom comes to Frank's killing site, she's zooming in on Huisoo's dad. In Episode 4 when Bongseok was chasing Huisoo in the rain, his eyes are zooming in to see Huisoo who's far away out of sight. The 2 scenes have the same special effects.

Another clarification, when Huisoo's dad seeing that there are NIS agents on the murder scene (the guys in suit), he banged NIS' car door to the marine corps car, made sure it left a mark, it's to put NIS agents in trouble. And we see afterwards the NIS agents and the marine car owner having a fight. The reason why you guys probably can analyse.
