This is probably my favorite episode of season 3 it’s so chaotic. And I always crack up at Frank saying, “Much ado about…something.” Then awkwardly laughing after lol.

When this episode aired, this felt like the Super Bowl for Succession fans. I love how both sides are at the mercy of very old and sick men who need to retire. The old guard (Karl, Frank, and Gerri) have some very funny bits like when they were showing Shiv talk about how much they value women only to cut off the video and when Karl said "it would be great to get the body up there." Shiv did the smart and reasonable thing and got yelled at for it.

So much of Succession relies on the writing and performances which you'd think is the norm for shows but it's really not always the case. A lot of shows rely on shock. It's one of the most straight-forward shows because it showed us exactly who these people are and their motivations in the first season. What I don't get is when people say Kendall in season 3 is acting out of character when this is who Kendall has always been, it's just more amped up because he's manic and we felt sorry for him last season.
