Glad to see you guys enjoying this show. Just to clarify, what Yeojung says at the end about who he can kill for her is spoken metaphorically as her 'executioner' wielding his 'sword' against her enemies. As for earlier, you guys were a bit confused about the place Yeonjin and her mother are often seen with the coloured ribbons etc. That's the shaman's place. Shamans are believed to have access to spirits and you'll sometimes see them doing rituals or dances to channel the spirits like a medium. They also give people advice like how a psychic may after conversing with spirits. They also sometimes give out tokens to ward off bad luck or spirits or tell people to do certain actions to prevent something which they want to avoid in the future. You would've seen Yeonjin's mother etc throw salt at her before to rid her of bad spirits causing trouble (at the time, the issues Dongeun was causing by naming her and the other bullies in her withdrawal letter). Aa for the Doyeong's interest in Dongeun - think about it like how chess players want to seek out and beat other good chess players. That works the same way for Go. So it starts as that and then he gets more and more intrigued as she's so different to the women of his world. Hope that helps give you a bit of background.

Dong Eun does in fact own the same green heels as the others. She's seen wearing them when she meets the daughter for the first time on the playground. The daughter states that she has the same shoes as her mom.

With the green heels, the writer explain that there's not a deep meaning behind it and that they chose the green heels because "red heels were too common" and that it looked good on Yeonjin's complexion. It does play a part where they were hinting that the daughter was colorblind when she says the green heels were red heels to let the audience know that she was colorblind like Jaejun. Love how Yeojung is willing to do anything for Dong Eun but I don't think he wants anything back since he wants to help avenged and help Dong Eun achieve her dream.

I can definitely see why yeo-jeong might come off as creepy but I did want to clarify cuz I don’t know if you missed it but when Dong-eun asked why he is in semyeong and h says because his friends works here,he then says “at least that’s what I planned on telling you, is it working?” Right after. So he does admit to her that that was a lie and he did move there because of her.
