btw the doctor was close to the patient who went into shock/passed away and he had been denying him coffee for the longest time (mentioned in passing in previous episodes. probably for medical reasons), so when he finally got to bring him coffee he had already passed away. Thats why he was running with the coffee cup and had it spilled all over him ;(((

In the past episodes it was shown that she befriended that teacher's son when they were in college. She made sure to gauge his personality for years before making him part of her plan to ruin his own father. She knew what he was willing to do for his reputation, especially when she had heard he was becoming a father himself. There's some poetic justice in that punishmen. If you remember the scene where he slapped her, Dong Eun talks back to him saying "what if it was your son going through what I had gone through?" and he was pissed and started slapping her because he always held his son in high regard and not to be compared to what he thought was a low grade piece of shit like Dong Eun. How interesting that in the end, it was his son that killed him.

Also I think it was revealed that the son had retaken the exam several times and he finally passed after so many tries. For his father to get in the way NOW after finally passing... desperation can really bring out the worst in people.

I think Dongeun doesn't get her hands dirty unless she has to, because it would open up the opportunity for things to be led back to her and put her whole revenge plan in jeopardy if she's charged with anything. I feel that she didn't tell the son to kill the father...but she told him what his father did and that she would post it out into the world on an official forum...and knowing the son's selfishness (like his father), he chose to bargain for this outcome to keep things under wraps and kill his own Dad.
