Hydragirl wins! After repeatedly getting the 2nd place, it finally happened! Though it's probably not much of a surprise this time, given how many votes she had. Shark girl also got more votes, and Succubus took the 3rd place from Sphinx girl after a sudden influx of votes!
Hydragirl will be interesting for sure, I've been thinking about her for a while now. We'll see what modifiers she gets!
