Added: Pure Titans can spawn with royal blood.
Added: Shifters can extract blood from themselves.
Added: Pure Titans generated by a Royal Shifter doesn't attack their leader.

Added: Cart Titan passive now grants infinite transformations unless it's injured.

Optimization: Divided the main entity tree into human/misc/item.
Optimization: Cut multiple branches to prevent unnecessary comparisons (Titans, players).
Optimization: Moved most of the predicate read by player/main to advancements.
Added: Config to enable vanilla villagers.
Added: Config to become anonym! (No prefixes, no advancements announce in chat, no announce when a shifter dies).
Optimization: ODM detection only occurs when the player is holding a gas trigger.
Added: Config to disable boss bars.
Optimization: Shifter's bodies now disappear instantly if detected more than 1 of the same shifter.

Bugfix:

Fixed: Cave spider wasn't spawning.
Fixed: Head falling from shifter's body when taking a hit from the thunder spear.
Fixed: Shifters were being dismounted when hit by a thunder spear/cannon.
Fixed: Player was not getting slow falling after transforming.
Fixed: Shifters were spawning in the same village.
Fixed: The config for shifter's spawn rate wasn't being applied!
Fixed: Machine gun is not working for Cart Titan.
Fixed: Cart doesn't get 'yeeted' into the sky when mounts on one of her carts.
