Mechanic

• Added: Players with royal blood can be detected by the Attack Titan
• Added: Eating infected food can give you a tag to turn yourself into a pure titan
• Added: Players can spawn with royal blood
• Added: You can Infect food using Royal Spinal Fluid
• Added: You can get spinal fluid from shifters!
• Added: Pure Titans obtain the royal blood tag from the villager
